Dr. Dean Fishman evaluates each patient individually and applies independent clinical judgment. Passing the free eligibility check does not mean you will be certified, and paying the $119 does not buy a certification. It pays for the evaluation itself.
Dr. Fishman is paid the same amount whether a patient is certified or not. Provider Notes does not pay any clinician based on approvals, volume of approvals, or outcomes.
Every certification is limited to conditions within this provider's Florida scope of practice. If your condition falls outside it, we route you to the other provider or tell you we are not the right fit, before you pay.
